Applied Public Health Research Group
The Applied Public Health Research Group at Central Queensland Public Health Unit is a diverse group of researchers united by a common goal to understand the influence of factors that determine population health and propose interventions and health policies based on scientific knowledge and evidence.
The main focus of our research is:
- Applied epidemiology
- Precision public health
- Communicable disease control
- Disease surveillance
- Immunisation, and
- Health systems research.
