The Queensland Children’s Tumour Bank (QCTB) is one of only three, openly accessible paediatric tumour tissue banks in Australia and provides samples for quality scientific studies that increase knowledge about childhood cancer and improve outcomes for patients.
The Queensland Children’s Motion Analysis Service is a service of the Queensland Paediatric Rehabilitation Service (QPRS) and provides a state-of-the-art, quantitative, high-technology assessment of gait (walking) and energy expenditure service.
Our laboratories are on level 8, with usage shared between Queensland University of Technology, Children's Health Queensland and University of Queensland research groups.
The Clinical Research Floor, located on level 5 of the Centre for Children's Health Research, is a world-class facility designed for the clinical assessment of children for research purposes.
